Smartzer built a fully branded, shoppable live shopping experience with instant add-to-cart, comments, likes, and Q&A features, plus a discount code to encourage purchases. The results were strong: 55% engagement with shoppable or social interactions, 10% of views led to an item being added to cart, and conversion was 3x higher than French Connection’s average site conversion.
