Etam, France’s leading lingerie brand, wanted to make its annual Live Show shoppable immediately after the event, with seamless add-to-basket functionality and localization across markets. To achieve this, Etam partnered with Smartzer to create a fast-to-launch, post-event shoppable video experience for its runway film.

Smartzer delivered a bespoke branded shoppable video player embedded on the Etam homepage, allowing viewers to click hotspots on looks, browse a carousel of all items, select sizes, and add products directly to basket without leaving the video. The campaign launched within hours of the show and drove strong engagement, with a 62% engagement rate and 11% click-through rate; 59.0% of clicks were on video hotspots and 25.6% on the carousel, with the highest CTR in the US, UK, Brazil, and Germany.
