COS, the Scandinavian fashion brand, wanted to create a unique onsite shopping experience that would boost customer engagement and retention in a competitive e-commerce environment while helping shoppers move faster from inspiration to purchase. To support this goal, COS worked with Smartzer and used its shoppable video technology for campaign films featuring looks from the latest collection.

Smartzer added a subtle interactive layer to COS’s campaign videos, allowing viewers to click on products in the film to learn more and go directly to product pages across onsite and Facebook placements, optimized for desktop, mobile, and international markets. The campaign delivered over 60k views, a 68% engagement rate on social, a 30.53% engagement rate onsite, and a 30.6% click-through rate across social platforms and markets, earning recognition with Drapers Digital’s Best use of technology campaign award.
