Bulgari partnered with Smartzer to showcase the iconic Serpenti jewellery and watch range during its latest reinvention. Facing the challenge that many Serpenti pieces are typically only available in-store, Bulgari needed a way to bring discovery and product storytelling online; Smartzer provided interactive, shoppable video experiences to enable remote exploration of the collection.
Smartzer produced two immersive interactive videos—one for Serpenti watches and one for Serpenti rings—featuring click-to-learn hotspots, roll-to-zoom and discovery-led navigation so customers could engage with pieces that are not sold online. Smartzer reports very strong results from Bulgari customers, notably increased engagement and discovery-driven interactions that successfully drew consumers into the brand experience beyond traditional shoppability.
