Mimi’s Boutique and Intimates is an upscale women’s boutique with two locations (Augusta, GA and Orlando, FL) run by owner Margaret Gay. The business — seven employees, founded in 2004 — struggled with paper overload: piles of invoices and storage boxes, inconsistent routing of vendor invoices between stores, time-consuming manual filing, and the burden of handling additional back-office bookkeeping for her son on tour.
