McWilliams & Associates, Inc., a California-based business consulting firm led by CPA Bonnie Nagayama, specializes in QuickBooks training, data conversions and integrations for accountants, QuickBooks consultants and small businesses. The practice once relied on an in‑house server and VPN, accumulating large volumes of paper and documentation; a server crash that stopped work highlighted the risks of onsite storage and the need for a more reliable, remote-ready workflow.
