Growthforce is a Houston-based provider of outsourced bookkeeping and controller services that set out to scale high-quality, repeatable client work. As the firm grew it needed to move away from paper, eliminate manual document delivery and faxes, and standardize onboarding and internal workflows so staff could work uniformly and efficiently across a larger client base.

Growthforce adopted SmartVault as its cloud document-management hub, creating a uniform folder structure with template workpapers, using Connected Desktop and QuickBooks integration, and organizing local scanning into team “pods.” The change made onboarding nearly instantaneous, standardized staff workflows, improved client access and document security, and helped the firm scale operations and client services with greater efficiency.
