How The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Simplified Their Complex Grants and Scholarship Management Process

The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, New Hampshire’s statewide community foundation that awards more than $40 million in grants and scholarships annually, faced a complex, paper‑filled grants and scholarship process spread across two legacy systems (Grants Edge and Good Done Great). Those systems required extensive in‑house configuration and one vendor even stopped supporting foundations, leaving the Foundation without the security, multiuser access, and vendor support it needed — so they evaluated alternatives and selected SmartSimple Cloud (SmartSimple Cloud for Grants Management).
