How The GROW Central Florida Program Turned From Passion Project To A Highly-Recognized Organization In 6 Months

GROW Central Florida, a nonprofit that supplies equipment and program support to Central Florida schools, was struggling to manage inbound donations and equipment requests with an administrative team of one using paper forms and Excel spreadsheets. Tracking orders, reservations and applicant information across emails and filing systems was time-consuming and error-prone, so GROW turned to SmartSimple Cloud (SmartSimple Cloud for Grants Management) for a centralized, one-stop solution.

SmartSimple Cloud configured an online platform in about a month that centralized applicant and inventory data, added a shared calendar and reservation system, and automated workflows and notifications.
