Veritiv is a North American leader in B2B distribution and packaging with about 8,900 employees and roughly 180 distribution centers. After the 2014 merger that created Veritiv, the company needed a cost-effective, easy-to-use project management and collaboration tool to integrate teams, manage complex customer onboarding (thousands of SKUs and hundreds of shipping locations), and maintain transparency across IT and business partners.
