Vecol, a 60‑year‑old Colombian company that develops biological and pharmaceutical products for agriculture and animal health, needed a more efficient way to manage an ambitious 2024 strategic plan that included roughly 220 projects. Progress data was scattered across spreadsheets, documents, and email, making tracking and reporting slow and manual — compiling more than 150 key indicators once took nearly a month.

Partnering with Avilan Santos, Vecol implemented Smartsheet as a cloud‑based, centralized platform integrated with its BI tools (including Qlik Sense and SAP), automating project management, dashboards, and real‑time reporting.
