The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) needed a better way to align 30,000 clubs across 23 territorial federations around a shared strategic plan. Smartsheet implemented a centralized platform to assign objectives, manage tasks, budgets, calendars, reports, and health indicators, while also using tools like Dynamic View, WorkApps, Calendar App, Data Shuttle, and DataMesh to improve collaboration and reduce errors. With Smartsheet, RFEF gained full visibility across programs and projects, enabling faster, more efficient, data-informed decisions and a more collaborative work culture focused on common goals.
