Colliers International | Wisconsin, a regional arm of the commercial real estate firm, needed to scale property accounting, contract renewals and management after a major financial client returned roughly 600 properties. Their existing Excel-based process proved inadequate for tracking dates, documents and communications across the portfolio, so they looked for a centralized work-execution platform.

They implemented Smartsheet to centralize property records (linked by loan number), track engagement, tax and insurance dates, store attachments and discussions, and route service requests. The platform saved hours of research, shortened conference calls from about 90 minutes to 30, provided reliable timestamps and documentation for work orders, and helped the team run more efficiently while winning and retaining client business.
