Using Smartsheet, BakerRipley built a scheduling and operations system with forms, mobile data capture, automated approval alerts, and barcode scanning in hours to coordinate staff, supplies, and gift-card disbursements. The solution streamlined communication and reporting, helped process 200+ gift cards quickly, and supported distribution of more than 222,000 meals and nearly 650,000 pounds of fresh food by June 2020, while providing a scalable platform for future programs.
