HanmiGlobal, Korea’s leading construction and project‑management firm, struggled to coordinate hundreds of concurrent projects across contractors, consultants and international clients. Reliance on spreadsheets and email for status updates created duplicated work, versioning issues and slow, manual reporting, while their previous system was hard to customise and rarely used to its full potential.

Working with Smartsheet and local partner KYCM Firm, HanmiGlobal deployed a familiar spreadsheet‑style platform with file attachments, automation and integrations (including Tableau dashboards) to create a single source of truth. Real‑time dashboards and centralised documents reduced administrative time, eliminated duplicate communication, improved decision‑making and client visibility, and set the stage for broader roll‑out, training programs and further integrations with HanmiGlobal’s ezCDE platform.
