Orbis Education, which develops and manages healthcare education programs, was struggling with manual, spreadsheet-based processes for survey collection, contract renewals, online class schedules, and other critical operations. Before using Smartsheet, teams spent too much time copying data, managing duplicate files, and coordinating through email, which led to errors and outdated information.
