Krispy Kreme built an end‑to‑end project management system in Smartsheet to track every step from conception to opening, automate reminders and alerts, collect feedback via surveys, and collaborate with contractors and supply partners. The result: centralized visibility for integration meetings, faster decision‑making, reduced meeting times to 20–30 minutes, and more efficient, on‑time shop openings with continuous improvement built into the process.
