This solution standardized processes, integrated data into a single platform, and provided real-time dashboards. The results included greater efficiency and consistency, faster project ramp-up, and enhanced client confidence. Infosys explicitly credits Smartsheet with driving improvements in win rates and program execution, as clients began choosing their tool over competitors.
