How Providence Medical Group Personalizes the Patient Experience

Providence Medical Group (PMG), a network of more than 60 primary care and specialty clinics in Oregon and Southwest Washington within Providence Health & Services, needed a better way to manage quarterly “attestations” that document clinics’ adoption of updated care standards. The previous paper-based process was time-consuming, hard to track across locations, and made it difficult for leadership and clinic managers to get a unified, up-to-date view of compliance and follow-up needs.

PMG implemented Smartsheet to replace paper forms with online checklists, forms, and roll-up sheets feeding customizable dashboards.
