Faced with low small‑business participation and a complex, multi‑phase training process, GCA needed a way to organize, deliver, and track a comprehensive curriculum so clients could find, follow, and complete the steps to qualify for contracts.

GCA adopted Smartsheet to build a reusable "Government Contracting Fast Track Curriculum" template, using hierarchy, 100+ attachments, hyperlinks, symbol columns, and Gantt timelines to manage tasks and client progress. The solution made the program easy to duplicate and distribute, accelerated client readiness (often one year instead of three), and taught participants practical project‑management skills they can use across their businesses.
