The Houston Texans premium seating team needed a better way to share suite-holder materials such as catering menus, invitations, invoices, and other documents. Their existing process relied on email, which made files hard to track and caused duplicate requests and wasted time. Smartsheet’s Brandfolder was used to create a single, easy-to-access location for each suite holder’s information.
With Smartsheet Brandfolder, the Texans organized all documents into one URL, clarified access roles, and gave suite holders a central place to find up-to-date assets whenever needed. As a result, the team no longer had to respond to hundreds of asset requests or email individual booklets, and suite holders could quickly access the right documents without juggling separate files.
