Everlast, a nearly 120-year‑old leader in boxing, MMA and fight‑sports lifestyle products with roughly 100 licensees across six continents, was hampered by fragmented asset workflows. Marketing teams relied on an internal server plus Dropbox and WeTransfer for large file transfers, repeatedly uploading the same files, manually curating licensee- and retailer-specific packages, and risking loss after a server crash—delaying product launches and undermining global consistency.
