They deployed Smartsheet to centralise contracts and project management and to provide a smartphone check‑in/check‑out app with geolocation for apprentices, integrated with Zapier for real‑time updates. The result is faster access to contract details, stronger compliance and safety oversight (preventing excessive hours), clearer reporting for stakeholders including the Tasmanian government, significant time savings, and broader staff buy‑in as the organisation scales its apprentice program.
