CARBOGEN AMCIS, a drug development and manufacturing company, needed better visibility and data integrity across its global project work. Smartsheet, working with NANGA SYSTEMS, implemented a custom connector between Velocity and Smartsheet to sync project data and centralize reporting. The integration automatically transferred project information daily, helped teams break work into manageable tasks, and improved prioritization and resource management. As a result, CARBOGEN AMCIS reported that project managers could handle 50% more projects, and 68% of team members said the integration positively affected their daily work.
