ArborMetrics, a North American vegetation management company, manages field and office teams across Canada and the U.S. to keep power lines safe and communities powered. The results were significant: manual data verification dropped from three weeks to 15 minutes, one person can now handle the review, and ArborMetrics saves at least 16 hours per week on reviewing data. Smartsheet also reduced the need for emails and spreadsheets while improving accuracy and consistency.
