Using Smartsheet WorkApps (no-code), American Roofing built role-tailored, mobile-optimized apps—including a Job Safety Audit app with checklist, certification lookup, and video capture; a warehouse request app with printable tickets and QR confirmations; a certifications manager; job-site info with GPS; and fleet tracking fed by OBD data. The result: faster, more accurate workflows, reduced administrative time, earlier warehouse cutoffs (requests shifted from 5 p.m. to 2 p.m.), lower overtime, improved safety compliance and first-time quality, and a scalable platform for new services.
