Quinn Residences Creating Smart Homes That Really Feel Like Home

Quinn Residences, an Atlanta-based build-to-rent leader, needed a more reliable smart-home technology partner after struggling with time-consuming self-installations, manual troubleshooting, and underperforming devices from a previous provider. To modernize its new homes, Quinn turned to SmartRent and began using its Smart Apartments IoT solution to retrofit and enhance smart-home features across its communities.
