After testing multiple providers across pilot projects, DEELS evaluated SmartRent’s smart home package for both existing properties and new developments.
SmartRent implemented its smart home package across DEELS communities, giving the operator better support, faster replacement parts, and 24/7 service while improving resident experience. The rollout helped DEELS increase rent by about $50 per unit and reduce wasted HVAC and lighting usage in vacant units, delivering both revenue gains and operational savings.
