the government of Malaysia trains 800 remote PAs with SmartPa

The Malaysian government sought to capitalize on a new global industry by establishing Southeast Asia as a hub for remote administrative services. To achieve this, they faced the challenge of training and up-skilling a local workforce. They partnered with SmartPA, which provided its training and accreditation service to address this need.

SmartPA delivered a cost-free, world-class training program for the government, funded at cost as part of its ESG commitment. The solution involved virtual sessions and in-person validations, successfully up-skilling hundreds of individuals. The results were highly positive, leading to a new skilled workforce and a repeatable process. The measurable impact was a strengthened relationship and a commitment from the Malaysian government to scale the program, with a goal to train 20,000 people over three years with SmartPA.
