Sewio Networks, a pioneer in real-time locating systems (RTLS) for tracking people and assets indoors, faced a cluttered homepage that made it hard to prioritize content and drive conversions. To learn what to remove and where visitors were getting stuck, Sewio Networks used Smartlook website heatmaps to collect behavioral data and identify low-performing elements and below-the-fold CTAs.
Using Smartlook’s heatmaps, Sewio Networks removed or reworked underperforming sections, moved primary call-to-action buttons above the fold, and redesigned links to customer success stories. The Smartlook-driven changes led to a 276% increase in “Go to store” clickthroughs, 3.1x more clicks on success stories links, and an increase in average time on page from 4:01 to 4:29, boosting e-shop visibility and customer references.
