The solution implemented by SmarterCommerce modernized Mizuno USA’s B2B operations with a new Direct Connect Portal. This platform allows dealers to place orders, check inventory, and pay invoices using integrated ACH and credit card processing via SmarterCommerce Payments. The streamlined, PCI-compliant system also supports sales of stock, drop-ship, and configured products, seamlessly placing orders directly into JD Edwards and improving the overall dealer experience.
