Mountain Warehouse, a UK-based outdoor retailer with almost 350 stores and an 18,000‑item assortment, needed more granular PPC control to support fast international expansion. Smarter Ecommerce GmbH implemented device-split campaigns, highly granular advanced bid strategies and custom labels for margin and availability, allowing tight bid control and rapid promotional adjustments across ten target markets. The approach drove measurable gains: conversions +37%, ROAS +17% and revenue +34% year-over-year (UK revenue up 91% and 101% in April/May 2019, US revenue >300% in May 2019), with lower CPCs and improved traffic and conversion rates.
