The 21 county administrative boards of Sweden, Länsstyrelserna, faced a challenge in generating a huge volume of documents efficiently and uniformly. With each of its 21 autonomous boards previously using different solutions, the organization sought a central document generation tool after forming a nationwide IT department, leading them to procure SmartDocuments.
