The Municipality of Zwolle sought to modernize and automate its document creation processes, moving away from inefficient desktop-based solutions. SmartDocuments provided its web-based application to replace the desktop software, enabling the efficient management of 900 document templates. The solution included a user-friendly interface and a dedicated service and help desk. The result was a more logical and streamlined system for the entire organization. The project was completed successfully, with the municipality noting significant improvements in how they serve their employees and manage document creation.
