Eagle’s Flight, a global leader in experiential learning programs, needed a stronger way to reach its audience. The company lacked a dedicated marketing team and agency support, its website experience was disjointed, paid lead generation wasn’t working, and there was no PR strategy in place. SmartBug Media was brought in to support a full-funnel marketing effort, including inbound marketing, a website redesign on HubSpot CMS, paid search and social, and later public relations.
SmartBug Media rebuilt Eagle’s Flight’s website, created an inbound marketing playbook, launched an aggressive blogging and content strategy, optimized paid campaigns, and secured PR placements for the brand in publications including Entrepreneur. The results were strong: website traffic increased 31.3%, conversions rose from 1.4% to 2%, leads grew 109.3%, MQLs increased 177.2%, SQLs climbed 67.8%, opportunities jumped 142.2%, and marketing-attributed revenue grew 172.1%, contributing to a 93% ROI in 2017.
