DISC Sports & Spine Center, a Southern California spine, orthopedic, pain management, and sports medicine practice, partnered with SmartBug Media to overhaul its outdated WordPress website and improve lead generation. The center needed a modern digital presence to stand out in a crowded healthcare market, better communicate its patient-focused philosophy, and make it easier for visitors to find information and request appointments.

SmartBug Media redesigned the site on the HubSpot platform and supported the launch with inbound marketing, paid media strategy, persona-based messaging, new content, videos, stronger local SEO, and more conversion-focused calls to action. The results were immediate: within the first week, visits from social media increased 1,193%, organic contacts rose 900%, and organic traffic increased 15%; DISC also gained 21 new SQL contacts in week one and 81 SQL contacts over nearly two months, while monthly surgeries more than doubled after launch.
