Lecture Enfant launches a child-friendly French learning platform with SmartApp in 270 design layouts

Lecture Enfant, a provider of French learning resources for children, faced the challenge of creating an online platform with an interface that would be understandable and engaging for very young users aged 5-10. They partnered with the vendor SmartApp for web and software development to solve this unique UX problem.

SmartApp developed a "child-friendly" solution that resembled a computer game, featuring a simplified interface with large fonts, a single action per screen, and a motivating reward system of collectible puzzles and emojis. The result was an engaging platform that successfully digitized the client's resources. The project required over 1500 hours of work from a 10-person team, resulting in 270 design layouts to create the final product.
