AlchemyAPI, an IBM company, worked with SmartAcre to accelerate lead and demand generation before its transition to IBM. The challenge was to quickly attract new leads within the same developer and hacker audience, while ensuring they were high-quality prospects that could convert, all in less than a three-month timeframe.
SmartAcre built and managed a paid advertising program with SmartFrame that used contributed articles, a sponsored webinar, banner ads, promoted API listings, newsletter text ads, and sponsored text links. The campaign drove 2,527 website visits, 300 new leads, 43 API sign-ups, 33 webinar sign-ups, and 4 demo requests at an average cost per lead of $87.63.
