Exact worked with SmartAcre to improve lead attribution and automate lead management for its ERP marketing efforts. The team had a growing volume of leads, but because its internal CRM was not fully integrated with HubSpot, marketing could not easily see when sales changed lead status. This created “lead limbo,” inconsistent reporting, and extra manual work to track and re-nurture leads.
SmartAcre implemented HubSpot-based lifecycle stage workflows, lead scoring, behavior-based automation, and UTM tracking to better define first touch, lead conversion, opportunity creation, and customer close. The solution automatically routed and nurtured leads, sent alerts to sales, and reduced manual monitoring. As a result, Exact had 24 leads no longer sitting in limbo and 103 contacts automatically enrolled to date, giving the team a more structured and scalable lead management process.
