Bethlehem Burners, a manufacturer of glass working torches, wanted to pivot from an industrial audience to the arts glassworking artist community, but its previous local strategy was overpriced and not effectively driving awareness or engagement. SmartAcre was brought in to use social media and inbound marketing to connect with this niche audience and increase visibility for the brand and its products.
SmartAcre implemented a combined creative, website, and content strategy that included a redesign of the site, new branding, photography, video, artist-focused content, and a social campaign centered on Facebook contests and ongoing posts across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. The results were strong: SmartAcre grew Bethlehem Burners’ Facebook audience from 100 to 5,400+, increased website traffic by 76% year over year, and boosted online orders by 175% within six months.
