SmartAcre partnered with Accounts Payable Automation Company, a niche accounts payable automation solution provider, to improve lead and demand generation. The customer struggled to combine strategy and execution to generate leads, nurture them into MQLs, and support ambitious lead, SQL, and opportunity goals, so they needed help building an inbound marketing framework using tools like HubSpot, paid advertising, and content marketing.
SmartAcre launched a re-engagement nurture campaign in HubSpot and also supported content marketing, SEO updates, and paid ads across LinkedIn, AdWords, Capterra, and Software Advice. In the first 30 days, digital leads increased 115%, MQLs 287%, SQLs 90%, and marketing’s monthly pipeline contribution 96%; by 90 days, digital leads were up another 21%, SQLs another 50%, and cost per conversion had dropped 58%, while 42 contacts moved further down the funnel and one direct response led to an immediate proposal request.
