Eastern Elementary (Lexington Local School District) sought to better integrate technology into classrooms—especially a special needs class—to create a more stimulating, accessible learning environment and ensure students develop essential digital literacy skills. Teachers wanted a versatile, high-quality solution that would engage different ages, abilities and learning styles.

The district adopted SMART Board interactive whiteboards from SMART Technologies, installing them across classrooms.
