Rusch, a Zwaag, Netherlands–based, award-winning builder of heavy lifting and demolition cranes, faced growing pains as the company expanded. An external review identified meetings and communications as bottlenecks, so Rusch created a modern meeting room to support more interactive, efficient collaboration.

They installed a SMART Board 685ix interactive whiteboard linked to the engineering PC, enabling teams to annotate drawings, save notes and e-mail minutes immediately. The board is now used for brainstorming, team meetings and customer presentations, speeding decision-making and implementation, enhancing Rusch’s professional image, and paving the way for remote collaboration (and reduced travel) via SMART Bridgit.
