Audi AG, a leading premium automaker, needed to modernize technical training for Service Partner staff across its German sites. Existing setups—mobile projectors, screens and overheads—were shaky, limited visibility and interactivity, and prevented active participant involvement, so Audi sought a portable, large-format tool to present diagnostic and electronic service information clearly and engage trainees.

Audi equipped its training rooms with mobile SMART Board interactive whiteboards (SMART Board 680) and integrated diagnostic testers plus SMART Response systems. Trainers can now project and annotate live diagnostics, save and share session materials, and collect instant feedback—resulting in more visible, interactive, efficient and professional training that supports learning goals and has been widely adopted across Audi’s facilities.
