Case Study: Wilson Parking improves customer experience with Smart Parking

Smart Parking have been working with Wilson Parking to revamp their car parks

Wilson Parking wanted to improve the customer experience across its car parks by making navigation easier and helping drivers find available bays more efficiently. After a private tender process, Wilson Parking NZ selected Smart Parking and its smart car park system, including digital signage, as the technology partner to support the rollout.

Smart Parking implemented a mix of in-ground sensors, overhead indicators, and ANPR cameras, all connected through the SmartCloud platform and SmartPark dashboard, with integration into Wilson Parking’s third-party applications. The result was real-time site visibility, bay-by-bay insights, and better reporting for proactive management; after a successful install at SAP Tower in Auckland, Smart Parking became a preferred supplier and expanded the system to five more car parks, with additional projects underway and five more scheduled for 2018.
