NewRiver REIT plc continues Smart Parking roll out across their portfolio

NewRiver REIT, one of the UK’s largest owner-operators of retail property, manages a large portfolio of shopping centres, retail parks and community pubs, along with a vast number of car parks. To improve the customer experience and address issues caused by poorly run parking facilities, NewRiver REIT appointed Smart Parking in June 2017 as its principal parking partner.

Smart Parking implemented a tailored SmartPark solution across more than a dozen sites, using a mix of ANPR Max Stay, ANPR Pay & Walk, Permit and Season Ticket systems to suit each location’s needs. The rollout has been successful, with 12 installs completed and customers benefiting from a vastly improved parking experience, better-managed facilities, and a transparent, flexible service approach from Smart Parking.
