Mosman is the latest council to engage a Smart City solution

Mosman Council, responsible for a busy suburban area where traffic and parking were consistently rated a top community issue, needed a better way to manage parking demand and reduce congestion. Working with Smart Parking, the council introduced a Smart City parking solution to improve access, guidance, and enforcement across on-street and off-street locations.

Smart Parking deployed bay sensors, overhead guidance indicators, LED availability signs, and the Park Mosman app to provide real-time parking information to drivers. The result has been faster parking searches, less circling and congestion, better user experience, and improved access for local businesses, with positive customer feedback reported for the app.
