International Trademark Association - Customer Case Study

The International Tradement Association, a Washington, DC-based organization, needed to implement a fundamental management training program for its 26 senior and front line managers. The Director of Human Resources had met with several firms, but they proposed overly complex solutions instead of the essential "Management 101" coaching that was required. The organization ultimately selected Smart HR, Inc, whose representatives demonstrated a clear understanding of this need and the company's culture.

Smart HR, Inc designed and delivered a custom training program consisting of parallel sessions for the different manager levels, totaling five modules for senior managers and seven for front line managers. The content focused on core management challenges like employee relations, motivation, and conflict resolution. A trainer from Smart HR was highly praised for her engaging and effective teaching style, which successfully connected with all participants. The feedback from managers was universally positive, and the program successfully provided the essential foundational training the team lacked.
