A U.S.-based telecom company with $2.1 billion in annual revenue and about 5,000 employees sought to modernize procurement by automating sourcing, supplier and contract management, improving spend visibility, classifying large volumes of data, and integrating a cloud solution with three legacy ERP systems to bring more spend under management.
