Aria, a retailer of contemporary home furnishings and vintage pieces, faced challenges with their outdated Magento 1 store, which was underperforming and required significant upgrades. The company also struggled with synchronizing stock in real-time between its online store and two physical London locations. Seeking a more reliable and inclusive platform, they turned to Smart Cookie Design to migrate away from Magento.

Smart Cookie Design implemented a solution by migrating Aria’s entire operation to Shopify Plus. This included building a new eCommerce store, integrating Shopify POS for the physical stores to enable live stock synchronization, and connecting the platform to their accounting software. The vendor also developed custom landing pages and a multi-level filter to improve customer usability. As a result, Aria achieved real-time stock management, reduced errors, and gained a much easier-to-use platform for their staff.
